SHIPPING INFO

It is very important to me to get my customers their orders as soon as possible! i ship all orders 1-4 days after they are purchased.

Please upgrade to priority shipping or express if you need your item quickerto come in a specific time frame.

If you placed an order and it has the wrong shipping address you must contact me ASAP so i can update the shipping address. 

 

RETURN POLICY

i want you to be totally thrilled with your purchase from my shop! i take great pride in my work and ask you to please contact me if you have any questions or are not satisfied with your purchase. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted if the item is sent back to me within 7 days from when the item was delivered to you. Items must be unwashed, unworn  and in original condition. i will process the refund or exchange once i receive the item and it is in this condition.

You must contact me about a refund or exchange prior to sending anything back to me so i can go over everything with you so we are on the same page. After we coordinate the refund or exchange i just ask you to send me the tracking number once you ship so i can keep track of it.

I do not refund shipping charges. 

Once i receive the item back i will process the return or exchange :)
