Smallest the waist can go is 13 inches laid flat (which is 26 waist), largest is about 20 inches laid flat ( 40 waist)

Keep in mind if you’re wearing this low waisted you wanna go buy your hip measurement - which is several inches wider than your waist, as that’s where it’s gonna sit verse your waist.

Example: so if you are a 26 waist and want to wear the skirt low waisted you may be around a 28-30 hips depending on your body shape
